EMOM intervals can be programmed in a couple of different ways. The first type alternates movements each minute. The second type requires all the movements to be done every minute.

Example 1. The bike is done on odd minutes (1, 3, 5, etc), thrusters are done on even minutes (2, 4, 6, etc.).

A) 3 Sets of intervals
A1. 8 to 10-minute EMOM (40s work : 20s rest)

1) Air bike @ Hard effort
2) 8 Thrusters @ 42.5/30kg (95/65lbs) + AMRAP bar-facing burpees in the remaining time

Note. With this type of EMOM, the minutes are numbered to make it clear that the movements alternate each minute.

Example 2. Snatches and burpees are both completed every minute.

A) Threshold Intervals
A1. 10-minute EMOM
โ€‹
6-8* Power snatches
6-8* Bar-facing burpees

Note. With this type of EMOM, the minutes are not numbered to indicate that all movements are done each minute.
