What is Read-Only Mode?

If your ThinkUp subscription expires or is canceled, your account enters Read-Only Mode.

Here’s what that means:
You can still access and view everything you’ve built
🚫 You won’t be able to edit, share, or create new content
🚫 Premium features (such as investor access & pitch deck generation) will be disabled

What Happens to My Startups & Team Members?

  • Startups remain saved in your account but become read-only

  • Team members lose editing access but can still view content

  • Admins can reactivate their plan anytime to restore full functionality

How to Restore Access

To resume full access, simply renew your plan:

  1. Go to Settings > Plan & Billing

  2. Click Upgrade Now

  3. Choose a monthly or annual plan
