How to claim rewards?

Head to the Rewards section on Thrill to claim your rewards. Understanding each bonus type will help you know the best time to check for new rewards and what to expect.

Below is a breakdown of the different bonus types, their calculation periods, and when they’re typically available to claim. All times shown are in UTC. To claim the bonuses:

  • Open the Thrill website

  • Navigate to the rewards area (using the gift icon)

  • Instant, Daily, Weekly and Monthly available in Overview section.

  • Level/Tier ups available in Claimable section.

Bonuses are not automatically credited; users must actively claim them during the specified window.

Bonuses

🟢 Instant Bonus

  • Calculation Period: Always

  • Available to Claim: Instantly

📅 Daily Bonus

  • Calculation Period: Every day from 00:00 UTC to 23:59 UTC

  • Available to Claim: Every day at 00:15 UTC

  • If you did not wager on the previous day then there would be no bonus available.

🔄 Weekly Bonus

  • Calculation Period: From Friday of the previous week (00:00 UTC) to Thursday the following week (23:59 UTC)

  • Available to Claim: Every Friday at around 12:00 PM UTC via the gift icon

💰 Monthly Bonus

  • Calculation Period: From the 14th of the previous month (00:00 UTC) to the 13th of the following month (23:59 UTC).

  • Available to Claim: Around the middle of each month

  • Note: The mid-month release helps ensure all users receive their bonuses within a planned timeframe

⬆️ Level Ups

  • Calculation Period: From the previous level to the current level

  • Available to Claim: Instantly upon levelling up

🏆 Tier Ups

  • Calculation Period: From the previous tier to the current tier

  • Available to Claim: Instantly upon tier upgrade

Common Scenarios

  1. No Qualifying Activity: If you haven’t wagered in the period then you won’t be eligible for a bonus.

  2. Missed Claim Window: Not claiming the bonus during the 24-hour window results in expiration.
