How do I contact Thriva?

If you have any compliments, complaints or queries you can contact our Customer Experience team via email at hello@thriva.co.

Or you can live chat us from our website or when logged into your account by clicking the pink button in the bottom right hand corner of the page.

Please ensure you contact us from the email address associated with your Thriva account so we can quickly confirm your identity and resolve any issues in the first instance.


How long do I have to wait for a reply?

Hint: we'll get back to you ASAP!

Our team operates from 9.30am to 5pm (Monday to Friday excluding public holidays). We don't work on weekends.

We aim to reply to all queries within 1-2 working days where possible.

Live chat

We aim to reply to all queries within a couple of hours (during working days) where possible. Our live chat function isn't available over the weekend so please email us at hello@thriva.co if you need to contact us on a Saturday or Sunday.

If you contact us outside of our working hours, we'll get back to you as soon as we're back in the office.
