Where can I find the Thriva app?
Hint: Apple and Google Play stores.
The Thriva app can be found on both Apple and Google Play stores for iOS and Android devices.
To make sure your device is compatible with the app, you’ll need to be on version Android R+ and iOS 13.2+ or above.
The Thriva app is set up for mobile only, so it isn't currently compatible with iPads, tablets or watches.
What can I do with the Thriva app?
You can:
View your latest results
Manage your subscription including setting your next test date and frequency
Update the biomarkers you'd like to test
At the moment, you won’t be able to do the following:
Sign up through the app — you'll need to use our website to sign up if you are a new user
If you're a new user, the Thriva app won’t include your predicted results
If there's a feature you'd like to see in the app, please do let us know by sending our customer experience team an email to hello@thriva.co.
I'm having trouble logging into the app — what should I do?
There's a few things that you may like to check if you're unable to log in.
Check that the email address that you're using matches the email address you've signed up with.
Check that the password is correct
We’d recommend resetting your password.
Note — this email will be sent to your email address and may go to spam. So just be sure to double-check your junk folder.

How do I contact support through the app?
To contact us through the app, just go to your account section and click "Chat to support".
From here, you’ll be able to email us. Our support team are available to answer your queries between 9:30am - 5:00pm on weekdays.
