Where can I find the Thriva app?
Hint: Apple and Google Play stores.
To make sure your device is compatible with the app, you’ll need to be on version Android R+ and iOS 11+ or above.
The Thriva app is set up for mobile only, so it isn't currently compatible with iPads or tablets.
What can I do with the Thriva app?
Hint: Order your test and start your health plan.
On the Thriva app, you can order your test and start your health plan after you have received your results.
At the moment, you won’t be able to do the following:
View articles on the Health Hub. But you’ll be able to view articles and podcasts which are recommended on your health plan and dashboard
See your health scores (outside of your health plan)
Upload your past results
If you're a new user, the Thriva app won’t include the following features:
Start a "free health plan"
One-off tests if you have signed up from the Thriva app. You’ll need to sign up through the website in order to purchase them
We know a few features aren't available at the moment, but we're working really hard to update our offering — so we’ll let you know as soon as they are available!
I'm having trouble logging into the app — what should I do?
Hint: Try and reset your password.

To contact support in the app, just go to your account section, under "Support".
From here, you’ll be able to chat to us through live chat, access the Thriva help centre, or give us feedback.
