When will my kit be delivered?
We deliver our kits by Royal Mail Tracked 24.
We typically send out kits within 24 hours if ordered on weekdays. Orders usually arrive in one to two working days.
You'll receive a tracking link in your emails so you can see where your testing kit is in it's journey to you.
What should I do if my kit hasn't arrived?
If you haven't received your test kit, please get in touch with our support team at hello@thriva.co confirming your delivery address, and we'll send you a replacement kit free of charge.
