What to do if you haven't received your Thriva kit

We deliver our kits by Royal Mail Tracked 24.

We typically send out kits within 24 hours if ordered during weekdays. Orders usually arrive in one to two working days

You'll receive a tracking link in your emails so you can see where your testing kit is in it's journey to you.

When do I get in touch if my kit hasn't arrived?

If it's been less than ten working days, there's a chance the kit may have been delayed and it should reach you soon.

If it's been more than ten working days have passed since ordering your kit, please get in touch with our support team at hello@thriva.co confirming your delivery address and we'll send you a replacement kit free of charge.
