Thriva Subscription

Personalising your package, rescheduling your next test and unsubscribing

How does Thriva work?

A Thriva subscription is the easiest way to track your health over time. Rather than one-off testing, regular blood tests let you see how your biomarkers change and whether the changes you're making to your diet, exercise or lifestyle are actually working.

When you first sign up, you'll take a short quiz that recommends a starting set of tests based on your health goals and background. You can then add or remove individual biomarkers to build the package that's right for you.

At checkout, you'll choose your testing frequency to be every 3, 6 or 12 months. Your kit will then be sent automatically at that cadence, so there's no need to log in and reorder. Over 80% of Thriva customers see an improvement in their health by their second test.

You'll be charged when each kit is dispatched. If you ever want to change your frequency, swap out tests, or pause between cycles, you can do all of this from your Thriva Dashboard.

How do I personalise my next test package?

You can adjust the price and include or remove tests from your next package at any time from the manage tests page. Please note that changes can't be made to kits that have already been ordered or dispatched, and any updates you make will apply to your next test cycle instead.

Steps for the mobile app

You can update your test package by tapping on the Tests icon in the bottom right corner.

Here you can add and remove the tests of your choice.

To see a list of your selected tests, tap on Review and Save changes. Tap on Save when you're happy with your selection and this will apply to your next set of unordered tests.

Steps for the web browser

Click on "Manage tests" on the left hand side

Changing when and how often your test is sent

We understand that sometimes you may like to change your testing frequency or need to change your test date to an earlier or later date. This can be done in the "Subscriptions and Orders" screen while you're logged in.

Before you start: If you change your testing frequency, you'll also need to manually update your next shipping date. Otherwise your next kit will still be sent on the original date.

  2. Tap on Subscriptions and orders
