What do I do if the video is fuzzy, or lagging on the platform?

This will largely be due to the internet connectivity so please check that you are in a well-connected area and consider moving to another room if the issue persists.

Run a speed test at https://fast.com/. Make sure that the internet speed is over 3.50Mbps.

Run a ‘Connection Test’ by click on the ? button on the top right of the screen.
