You can reach out to any coach on the platform, by clicking the 'contact coach' button to the right of their bio photo, on the initial booking page.
You can also reach out within their coach bio, by clicking the 'send a message' button:
Once you have booked a session, you will be able to access the messaging tool within your 'session details' page too:
To message a coach within a session, click on the chat button in your toolbar and the same chat will open on the right-hand side of the window.

Click on your coach's name in the contacts list, which can be found in the left-hand side panel. An instant messaging-style chat will open.
In our messaging tool, you can:
View coach online/offline status
React to messages with an emoji
View message delivered and read indicators
Edit and delete messages you’ve sent
Quote a message and draft a reply to it
