Learn when, why and how to message your coach within our platform

We encourage you to use the in-platform messaging tool to reach out to a coach regarding:


How to message your coach

You can reach out to any coach on the platform, by clicking the 'contact coach' button to the right of their bio photo, on the initial booking page.

You can also reach out within their coach bio, by clicking the 'send a message' button:

Once you have booked a session, you will be able to access the messaging tool within your 'session details' page too:

To message a coach within a session, click on the chat button in your toolbar and the same chat will open on the right-hand side of the window.


How to open messages

Click on the messaging icon in your main navigation header, as displayed in the screenshot below.

When you have an unread message, a red indicator will also be shown, including the number of unread messages.


How to use our messaging feature

Click on your coach's name in the contacts list, which can be found in the left-hand side panel. An instant messaging-style chat will open.

In our messaging tool, you can:

  • View coach online/offline status

  • React to messages with an emoji

  • View message delivered and read indicators

  • Edit and delete messages you’ve sent

  • Quote a message and draft a reply to it


Additional messaging features overview

Above your chat conversation, you can use the three dots menu to:

  • View the profile of the coach you’re messaging

  • View the details of your last booked session or next booked session

  • Book a new session with that coach
