Learn how to add, remove and view attachments.

1. Log in to your MyThrive account and then click on the title of the session.

How to add an attachment?

2. Once you have clicked on the session you'd like to add an attachment to, click on the cloud icon on the bottom right side of the page & select the file you’d like to attach.

3. A message will appear on the top of the screen to let you know the attachment was updated and it will also be visible in the attachment box. You and your client will also receive an email notification to let you know it has been sent/received.

What are the criteria (size, type)?

Maximum file size limit is 8 Mb.

The MyThrive platform supports the following file types:

.JPG

.PDF

.pptx

.ppt

.xlsx

.xls

.docx

.doc

Please note, files downloaded from Google drive are NOT supported.

How to view an attachment?

2. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and you’ll find the file in the ‘Attachment’ box.

How to remove an attachment?

2. Click on the X next to the attachment, on the bottom of the page.

3. A message will appear on the top of the screen to let you know the attachment has been updated and it will also disappear from the attachment box.
