Account Registration Issues
If your email is not recognized or you are unable to access the platform, follow these steps:
Check Your Registration Status: If your email isn’t recognized, it may indicate that your account was never registered under the current program or has been deleted.
Contact Your Organization’s Internal Team: For employer-sponsored programs, access is managed by your organization’s internal team, such as HR or the team responsible for offering coaching. Reach out to them to confirm your eligibility and request to be (re)registered for the Thrive platform.
Account Setup: Once your organization confirms your eligibility and submits the necessary request, your account can be set up again.
3. Click on 'Forgot your password?'
4. Enter your email address and click 'reset my password'
5. Open the email received
6. Click on the button in the email
7. Enter the new password
8. You will receive this notification to confirm you have reset your password successfully
PASSWORD CRITERIA
We’ve updated our password policy to make our minimum password requirements even stronger. Passwords will need to have the following characteristics:
They must be at least 10 characters in length
They must contain a mixture of one number, one special character, one uppercase letter, and one lowercase letter
They must not contain common word/number patterns, such as abcdefg, qwerty, 123321, aabbcc, 123456, etc.
They cannot include your email address/username
