Find out how to view, add, amend or remove availability

  1. Click on the calendar tab

Add availability

3. Select the date you would like to make yourself available on. You can do this in monthly, weekly or day view.

4. Enter your availability for this date, using the drop-down menu provided. Be sure to click the 'add availability' button to add this availability successfully.

5. Your availability will then appear on your calendar.

6. When a session is booked, the buffer time is now visible on your calendar. This supports you to know when sessions can be booked or where to add more availability.

Example: If you only show 30 minutes availability you will not appear to clients when they are booking sessions. You’ll need to have at least 45 minutes available.

30-min session = 45 min availability

60-min session = 75 min availability

90-min session = 105 min availability

Change/amend availability

3. To edit, click on the availability slot and select the pen icon. Equally, you may prefer to move the start and end times of the available slot, or you can click and move the whole slot to another time or day.

4. Proceed to edit the availability, by entering the new times of availability and then click 'save'. If you would prefer to remove all availability for this day, you can also do so here.

5. The 15 minutes of buffer time either side of the session is now visible on your calendar, when a session is booked. This is to support you to know when a session can be booked or where you can add more availability.

Remove availability

3. To remove availability, click on the availability slot and select the bin icon. It will then ask you to confirm this action. Equally, you may prefer to move the whole slot to another time or day.

4. There is also another way to remove availability - you can do so from the edit availability page (pen icon) by clicking 'remove availability'

3. To look at your availability and scheduled sessions, select monthly, weekly or day view, by filtering at the top right of the calendar.

4. You can also filter by event type such as session booking or availability. This is displayed on the regular calendar with a new distinctive colour palette too.

5. There is also an option to view your schedule for the week. This might be helpful to have to hand as an overview for your work on the MyThrive platform

6. On the monthly view, there is also a shortcut to 'today' which takes you through to weekly view.

7. When you click on an event, whether that is a MyThrive session booking or availability it will pop up and appear like this:

NOTE: Clients can book a session as little as 30min before the session. Be sure to keep your calendar updated if you cannot be available within 30min notice.
