Availability rolls over automatically every Saturday night to keep your calendar up to date
To stop the automatic rollover, disable it using the toggle in the same section.
Saving changes here will replace all existing availability, including any custom hours.
Enable regular hours:
This feature is off by default. To enable it, simply use the toggle switch.
Future Weeks:
The default setting sets your availability up to 12 weeks in advance. You can increase or decrease this using the + or – icons.
Note: Availability rolls over automatically every Saturday night to keep your calendar up to date
Regular Working hours:
You can add multiple time slots for each day. For example, if you have a regular break (like lunch) or recurring commitments, you can create separate slots around them.
To remove a slot, click the bin icon
To change the time, update the start and end time directly in the slot
To remove availability for a day, switch the toggle to off
Any changes you make here will apply to all future availability based on this schedule.
Session Buffer times Requirements
Session Buffer times Requirements
What is a session buffer time?
A buffer time is the extra time automatically added before and after each session to allow for preparation and transition between bookings.
Buffer time is still required for booking sessions, even though it no longer appears in your calendar display.
Make sure your availability includes enough buffer time, otherwise, you won’t appear to clients during booking.
Minimum required availability:
30-min session → 45 minutes available
60-min session → 75 minutes available
90-min session → 105 minutes available
If you only make 30 minutes available, you won’t appear for a 30-minute session. Add buffer time to ensure visibility.

View my session bookings/availability
1. To look at your availability and scheduled sessions, select monthly, weekly or day view, by filtering at the top right of the calendar.
2. You can also filter by event type such as session booking or availability. This is displayed on the regular calendar with a new distinctive colour palette too.
3. There is also an option to view your schedule for the week. This might be helpful to have to hand as an overview for your work on the MyThrive platform
4. On the monthly view, there is also a shortcut to 'today' which takes you through to weekly view.
5. When you click on an event, whether that is a MyThrive session booking or availability it will pop up and appear like this:
NOTE: Clients can book a session as little as 30min before the session. Be sure to keep your calendar updated if you cannot be available within 30min notice.
