Inviting Hiring Managers to a Project

Easily invite Hiring Managers to collaborate with the Internal Hiring Team.

Workflow if Hiring Manager already exists in Thrive:

The following steps will allow you to grant a hiring manager access to a specific project :

  1. Navigate to the project.

  2. Click "Other" to expand the dropdown, then select "Team" from the dropdown.

  3. To add a Hiring Manager, click the Add Hiring Manager icon.


  4. Begin typing the Hiring Manager's Name or Email Address. If the name appears in the dropdown, click it as shown:

    1. Search Tip: You can now search by email to ensure you are selecting the correct user if multiple profiles exist.

  5. Once clicked, you'll note the first name will appear in the "New Hiring Manager" field.

  6. Click "Invite" at the bottom right to add them to the project.


    Success! ​The Hiring Manager will now be displayed in the Team section:

    1. Navigate to the project.

    2. Click "Other" to expand the dropdown, then select "Team" from the dropdown.

    3. To add a Hiring Manager, click the Add Hiring Manager icon.



    4. ​Begin typing the Hiring Manager's name. If the name does not appear in the dropdown, click "+ Add "name".
    5. Click "Invite" at the bottom right to add them to the project.
    ​​



    6. Add Details: Enter the Hiring Manager's first name, last name, and email address, and click "Create and Send Invite".



7. You will be returned to this page, where you'll note that the first name will appear in the "New Hiring Manager" field.
8. Click "Invite" at the bottom right to add them to the project.

Success! ​The Hiring Manager will now be displayed in the Team section as Invited: ​

The Invitation

  • The Hiring Manager will receive a single "Welcome" email containing a "Get Started" button.

  • After following the link in the email and creating a password, they will be able to log in to Thrive and begin collaborating on the project.
