Guest Scorecard Link Generation
Generate Link: You can now generate a single guest scorecard link that can be shared with an unlimited number of people. This facilitates panel interviews by allowing multiple assessors to use the same link.
Assessor Details: When an external user opens the link, they will be prompted to fill in their name (email is optional) so you can track who submitted the feedback.
Important Notes
Guest scorecard links expire 3 months from the day they are generated.
Empty scorecards can not be submitted; assessors must provide input to complete the process.
Concurrent Sessions: Guests can successfully submit guest scorecards even if they are simultaneously logged into the main Thrive application in another browser tab.
Filling out a Guest Scorecard
Guests will receive the invite to the Guest Assessment via their inbox
They will be asked to enter their name, provide Scorecard notes and rate the candidate on the provided scale
They will receive an email copy of their feedback after submitting
