Improvements to load projects more quickly on all tabs and lazy load more projects as you scroll through the list.

Improvements to ensure Placed Candidate OL appear accurately, and Contractual OL get displayed separately from Current Client OL. Also updated the logic for migrated projects to ensure the OL duration is based on tenure at the company instead of a fixed 12-months.

Take the same quick actions available on Kanban cards from the list view cards (add outreach, note, event, and scorecard)

Search for hiring managers by email to quickly find users that already exist in Thrive. Name searching has also been improved to surface better results.

New hiring managers will receive one email welcoming them to Thrive and inviting them to the project. Clicking on the "Get started" will direct hiring manager users to set their password then log them in to view the project.
(NOTE: This will resolve the issue many hiring manager users were facing attempting to log in and getting a “Invitation token is invalid or expired” error)

Clicking on a scorecard notification will redirect users to the completed scorecard on the person's side panel, saving time over having to go to the project, find the person, and open their scorecards

Removed the "Base" field requirement, allowing users to enter total compensation without needing to know the breakdown

Fixed the issue causing the Rejected Candidates report in project analytics to throw an error. CSV report will now download successfully.

6. Project Direct Link

When sharing a project URL with hiring managers, the user will be navigated directly to that project instead of their Hub, saving them time and effort, especially when they are members of multiple projects

7. Notes Auto Scrolling

When typing long notes, the app will automatically scroll to the next line to follow the cursor so the user can see what they are typing as they type without needing to manually scroll down
