New Features

Outreach Source Filtering

To help recruiters identify which candidates require manual follow-up, we’ve introduced a new "Outreach Source" filter on the project details page that allows you to easily filter candidates based on whether they were contacted manual outreach, Email, or a SourceWhale campaign

Project Deletion Management

Users with the appropriate permissions can now delete project records directly from the project index, side panel, or full-page view — no more submitting a data request and waiting on the Thrive team to do it for you.

Deletion is blocked if the project has associated data, such as linked candidates or shared notes, outreaches, or events. When a project is deleted, any notes, outreaches, or events that belong exclusively to that project are removed along with it.

Delete Company Records

Users with the appropriate permissions can now delete company records directly from the index or side panel view.

Deletion is blocked if the company has associated data, such as linked projects or employment records. When a company is deleted, any notes that belong exclusively to that company are removed along with it, and the company is removed from any lists or market maps it appeared on.

Delete Person Records

Users with the appropriate permissions can now delete person records directly from the index, side panel, or full-page view. Note that this option isn't available for candidate cards or the candidate side panel.

Deletion is blocked if the person is linked to a Thrive user account. When a person is deleted, exclusive data like their candidacy records, notes, and tasks are removed along with it, while any notes, outreaches, or tasks they shared with other records stay intact. Any project they were a candidate on will have its analytics recalculated to reflect the removal.

Feature Enhancements

Integrated Rejection Outreach

To streamline the candidate rejection process, we have integrated a "Log outreach" toggle directly within the rejection modal, allowing users to record closeout confirmations and outreach details in a single step without needing to navigate to separate records.

LinkedIn Extension Contact Info Visibility

To streamline the sourcing process, users can now view and copy a candidate's primary email and phone number directly within the LinkedIn extension side panel when a match is found in Thrive.

Enhanced Filtering

To provide more granular control over candidate management, we’ve added several new filters to the project details page, including:

  • Minimum Stage Reached (within the project only)

  • Rejected by

  • Contacted/Not Contacted

  • Prioritization

  • Scorecard status

Additionally, we’ve added a new toggle to the Company filter that allows you to include or exclude subsidiaries. This enhanced filtering is now available across all occurrences of the Company filter, including the Person, Project, and Company index pages, as well as within specific Project Details and sourcing lists.

Persistent Report Selections

The system now remembers your previous checkbox and option selections for both Project and Candidate reports, ensuring a faster and more consistent experience across sessions without the need for repetitive manual configuration.

Custom Project Stages

To unblock migrations and provide greater flexibility, we have removed the ten-stage limit and rigid vetting/interview categories, allowing admins to create, rename, and reorder unlimited custom stages while maintaining essential system protections for Offer, Hired, and Rejected workflows.

AI feature toggle

Allow admins to toggle off any features with AI and mark that they do not want system data to be used for ai training

High Impact Bug Fixes

  1. Off-Limits Status Accuracy - To ensure accurate off-limits tracking, we resolved an issue where a company's "Current Client" status would fail to transition to "Previous" when the hiring company had multiple canceled projects

  2. Off Limits Remains After an Internal Role Change - To ensure accurate tracking, we fixed an issue where the "Off Limits" status was incorrectly removed for a placed candidate when they transitioned to a new role within the same company.

  3. Semantic List Formatting for Pre-Call Agendas - To ensure a seamless editing experience when pasting pre-call agendas into external editors like Google Docs or Word, we updated the copy-to-clipboard functionality to use a bulleted list, instead of characters.

In addition to the fixes above, we’ve addressed a range of smaller bugs and UI issues to keep Thrive running smoothly.
