New Features

Scorecards on People Lists

You can now add a scorecard to any People List and assess the people on it — no project required. It's the same scorecard experience you already use on searches, now available for evaluating people outside of one: general client introductions, talent benches, or any group you're tracking between searches.

  • Add a scorecard to a list from the list menu — using the same builder and criteria library you already use on projects.

  • Assess any person on the list against that scorecard, as many times as you need. Each assessment shows up on the person's Scorecards tab, tagged so you can see it came from a list.

  • Each person card on the list shows scorecard stats at a

Thrive IQ Dashboard Integration

To provide seamless access to analytics, we have integrated Thrive IQ dashboards directly into the platform, allowing users to view and interact with their permissioned dashboards without leaving the application.

Choose How You Receive Notifications

A new Notifications tab in My Account gives you separate In-App and Email controls for the alerts that matter to your workflow. All notifications remain on by default, and you can adjust each channel independently.

  • Hiring Team activity: notes, scorecards, and candidate prioritization.

  • Project activity: team additions, note replies, project status changes, candidate stage changes, and internally shared scorecards.

  • Other activity: manually assigned tasks

Thrive now respects your preferences before sending each alert, and new project-status notifications link directly back to the updated project.

Feature Enhancements

Update Candidate Stages from LinkedIn Projects

You can now move a candidate to a different stage directly from the Open Projects section of the Thrive LinkedIn extension. Select the new stage, save, and see the update reflected in Thrive without leaving LinkedIn, making it easier to keep pipelines current while sourcing.

A Clearer My Account Experience

My Account is now organized into User Preferences, Notifications, and Integrations tabs, making settings easier to find and manage. Existing LinkedIn, and Gmail extension controls are grouped into focused sections so you no longer need to navigate one long page.

Customizable Document Labels

For admin controls, we’ve introduced a new configuration suite that allows for the creation, editing, and reordering of custom document labels alongside system defaults, ensuring you have access to the specific categories they need for every person, company, or project document.

Custom Field Filtering

Person and Company index page results can now be narrowed down by filtering on custom fields.

Update Candidate Stages While Logging LinkedIn Outreach

When logging an Outreach from the Thrive LinkedIn extension, you can now update the candidate's stage for each selected project in the same flow. Thrive validates stages that require additional details and confirms the update, helping you keep pipelines accurate without leaving LinkedIn.

LinkedIn InMail Sync

To streamline recruiter workflows and centralize communication tracking, we have integrated with LinkedIn InMail History to automatically retrieve and store recruiter InMail conversations as outreaches within Thrive, ensuring all candidate interactions are captured while maintaining privacy by omitting message content. InMail History is synced every hour so you’re InMails may not show up immediately after sending.

New Google Calendar icon in Event for a true Two-Way Google Calendar Sync

If you have your Google account integrated, click on the new Google Calendar icon in Thrive to navigate directly to the synced event in your Google calendar. Also, to ensure your schedule is always up to date, you can now view and edit Google Calendar-linked events directly within Thrive, featuring automatic two-way synchronization for event details, video conferencing links, and attachments.

Faster company setup when adding a work experience

When you add a work experience to a person's record and create a brand-new company on the fly, that company is now automatically linked to the experience record. You no longer have to re-select the company you just created, saving a step in the workflow.

Bulk Assessment Candidate Report Generation

You can now select multiple candidates in a project and generate their candidate reports in one action. Choose the report content once, then download the completed reports together as a project-based ZIP from Exports, saving time when preparing client updates. Note: There is currently a limit of 25 candidates for the bulk export.

Relate Gmail Outreaches to Multiple Projects

The Thrive Gmail extension now lets you select multiple projects when logging an email. Chosen projects appear before submission, and the Outreach is recorded on each selected project and candidate, keeping related work visible without logging the same email repeatedly.

Status-Based Event Visibility

To ensure recruiters never lose track of critical follow-ups, events with active statuses, such as Rescheduling or Waiting on Candidate, will now remain in the Pending section regardless of the event date, rather than being automatically moved to Completed once the date passes.

High Impact Bug Fixes

  1. LinkedIn InMail Profile Linking Fix - Fixed linking profiles between LinkedIn and Thrive when a user sends an InMail message to a candidate and the candidate shares their contact information.

  2. People Index Visibility Fix - To ensure all relevant users are searchable, we resolved an issue where Hiring Managers with the "No Compensation" role were missing from the People index results.

In addition to the fixes above, we’ve addressed a range of smaller bugs and UI issues to keep Thrive running smoothly.
