I had a problem purchasing a ticket, or my card was declined

If something went wrong while buying your ticket, for example your payment did not go through, you hit an error page, your card was declined, or you were charged without receiving a ticket, please contact us and let us know more details, along with a screenshot if possible. Our team will investigate and get back to you.

When you get in touch, it helps to have the event name, the date, and the email address you used so we can track down your order quickly. If your card was declined, it is also worth checking with your bank, as declines are sometimes a simple security block on their side.
