I cannot log in or need to reset my password

If you cannot log in or need to reset your password, follow these steps:

  1. Go to thursday.com and select Sign In in the top right corner of the page.

  2. Select Forgot Password.

  3. Enter the email address linked to your account.

  4. Follow the link in the Reset Your Thursday Password email to set a new password, then sign in as normal.

If you are still unable to access your account after resetting your password, contact us and we will look into it.
