This article describes how to add days off or holidays that are reflected on the booking pages.

To remove specific hours or entire days from service booking pages, use Exceptions. Here are a couple of methods to do that:

Add exceptions to a service

This will result in removing availability of a single service.

  1. Open the Timerise app - https://admin.timerise.io/.

  2. Click on the Services section in the main navigation.

  3. Select a service.

  4. Open the Schedule tab.

  5. Look for the Exceptions section and click the Add exception button.

  6. In the popup choose the Start date, Start time and End time.

  7. Click the Add button to add the exception.

Add exceptions to your profile

This will result in removing availability of all services you are assigned to.

  1. Open the Timerise app - https://admin.timerise.io/.

  2. Click on the Profile section in the main navigation.

  3. Select My account.

  4. Look for the Exceptions section and click the Add exception button.

  5. In the popup choose the Start date, Start time and End time.

  6. Click the Add button to add the exception.

Add an exception in Google Calendar to all services you are assigned to

This will result in removing availability of a all service you are assigned to.

  1. Open the Google Calendar - https://calendar.google.com/.

  2. Click on a day and set a new event. You can add a specific time slot or create an all-day event.

  3. Now the connected Google calendar will synchronize with Timerise and remove availability from all services to which you are assigned.
