Similarly to the teacher accounts, you may find you need to update the pupil's accounts.
This will be done in three stages:
Deleting pupils who are no longer at the school.
Moving existing accounts to the correct classes/yeargroups.
Adding any pupils who do not yet have an account.
If you are partway through the year/term updating accounts shouldn't be that big of a task as there will be very little to update. However, if it is a new school year you may find the majority of pupils need to be moved to the correct classes. Deleting pupils
If some pupils have recently left the school you may wish to delete their accounts from the system by:
Heading to Account > Classes.
Clicking the checkbox next to the name/s of the pupils/s you would like to delete.
Pressing the 'Delete' tab and then the 'Delete [number of pupils] button'.
Moving pupils
Some pupils may be in the incorrect classes. You can move them into the correct classes by:
Heading to Account > Classes.
If the class you wish to move the pupils to does not already exist on the system please create a new class by clicking the new class button.
Click the checkbox next to the name/s of the pupil/s you would like to move.
Click the 'Move to Maths class' button and select the class you wish to move them to.
Adding pupils
If you only have one or two students to add, simply:
Go to Account > Classes.
Click the "Add Student" button
Enter the details of the pupils you would like to add.
