Tree select property(Tags) can help you organize your calendar events in a meaningful way. You can use them as a database or add extra info for future analysis. Ideally, we recommend you aim for 5-7 parent tags, each with optional child tags, to organize those tags efficiently.

Creating Tree select property type

In the Tree select property type, you have the option to create new parent and child tree property to better categorize your calendar events.

1. Go to the "Properties" page and click on "Create new property".

2. Choose the Tree select property type, write the name of this property.

3. Select "Create" and that's it!

Creating parent tree

Here's how you can create new parents in Tackle:

1. Select the Tree select property type you've just created.

2. You'll find the newly created property type on the right side.

3. To create a new parent tree, simply click on "+Add an option".

4. Enter name of the parent tree and hit enter or click anywhere inside the application.

5. You can then select the parent tree to adjust its color or visibility across your workspace as needed.

Creating child tree

Now, let's see how you can create child trees for the new parent:

1. Select the parent property type you've just created.

2. Select "+Add an option" here.

3. Similarly, enter the name of the child property and hit enter.

4. That's it. You can now go ahead to create some more child trees from here.
