When you receive a refund to your Timon card, it typically takes 5 to 15 working days for the amount to appear in your account. This delay is due to the necessary processing time between the merchant and our card partners.

Here’s what happens during that period:

  1. Merchant Processing: After the merchant issues a refund, it may take a few days before the funds are released and sent to our card provider.

  2. Payment Network Processing: The refund then moves through the payment network and is processed by our card partners before being credited to your Timon card.

  3. External Factors: Refunds can also be delayed by weekends, public holidays, or banking schedules.

Tracking Your Refund

We recommend asking the merchant for the Acquirer Reference Number (ARN). However, processing may still take up to 15 working days.

What to Do if the Refund Delays

If your refund hasn’t appeared after 15 working days, please contact us. We’ll assist in investigating the delay with our card partners and ensure that the issue is resolved as quickly as possible.

We appreciate your patience as we work to complete your refund.
