Step 1: Accessing Your Account Details
Log into your Timon account.
Click on Account Details from the menu.
You will see two options: Account 1 and Account 2.
If you haven’t created an account yet, tap Create Account and follow the prompts to set up either Account 1 or Account 2. We recommend setting up both so that you have an alternative funding option.
Once created, your account details will be available in the Account Details section.
Step 2: Alternative Way to Find Account DetailsPlease note that this step requires you to have your account details set up.
From the home screen, click on Add Money.
Your available account details will be displayed for funding your account.
Step 3: Resolving Common Issues
If you still can’t see your funding details, consider the following:
App Not Updated: Ensure you are using the latest version of the Timon app.
Network Issues: A poor internet connection can prevent account details from loading. Switch to a stable network and try again.
Close and Reopen the App: Sometimes, simply closing and reopening the app can resolve minor glitches.
Step 4: Contact Support
If none of the above steps resolves the issue, please reach out to Timon Customer Support via the in-app chat. You will find the option to chat with us in the settings section.
By following these steps, you should be able to access your account details and fund your Timon account seamlessly. If the problem persists, don’t hesitate to contact support for further assistance.
