If your video/transcript is still processing, please do the following:

  1. Go back to your meeting room and check if tl;dv is still present in your call

  2. If the bot is still present, please click "Stop-and-save" via our meeting interface or remove the bot like a normal meeting participant.

  3. Reach out to our support (chat icon in the bottom right corner) and share your recording link with our team
