If you wish to look up a customer's rewards balance, you can enable the Loyalty account lookup functionality by following the steps described in this article: Loyalty Lookup and Redemption Workflows.
If you wish to look up multiple accounts, please follow these steps:
In Toast Web, navigate to Reports > Marketing > Rewards Accounts.
Under the Rewards Accounts section, you can configure the information that you wish to be displayed in the report. Use the Show/hide columns tab to add and/or remove information. Select the Update button once configured.
Alternatively, you can look up your guests' rewards information by using the search bar right above the Show/hide columns tab.
