How do I look up a guest's rewards account by email?

To look up a guest's Loyalty account by email address, follow these steps:
Log in to Toast Web, and navigate to Reports > Marketing > Rewards accounts.
Enter your guest's email address in the search bar to locate their rewards account.
Once search results are populated, results can be filtered by selecting the Show/Hide tab.
