Customers must take the following steps to update their DNS settings for Toast Websites or Online Ordering Pro to move to the new service by January 6, 2025. Provide the steps below:
Visit the Websites dashboard to check the status of your domain or subdomain. You may see a message informing you that you need to update your connection.

If you need to update your domain or subdomain settings, follow the steps outlined in the product experience to do so via an automatic flow.
To update this information manually or troubleshoot conflicting records, you must log into your domain provider and update your DNS settings. The settings that you will need to update can be found at this URL:
https://www.toasttab.com/restaurants/admin/sites/dashboard/dns/mydomainorsubdomain.com, substituting your actual domain or subdomain for “mydomainorsubdomain.com”
If you don’t update DNS settings, your Website will go down / Online Ordering will be unavailable when the old service is deprecated on January 6, 2025.
