To keep your Toast Websites or Online Ordering Pro running smoothly, please update your DNS settings before January 6, 2025. Here is how to transition to your new service in just a few quick steps:
Visit the Websites dashboard to check the status of your domain or subdomain. You may see a message informing you that you need to update your connection.
Ensure you have Websites Setup (Permission 6.9) enabled in your Toast Account before getting started.
If you need to update your domain or subdomain settings, follow the steps outlined in the product experience to do so via an automatic flow.
To update this information manually or troubleshoot conflicting records, you must log into your domain provider and update your DNS settings. The settings that you will need to update can be found at this URL:

If you don’t update DNS settings, your Website will go down / Online Ordering will be unavailable when the old service is deprecated on January 6, 2025.
