Contractual Terms
Legal agreements between Toast and merchants, including the Toast Merchant Agreement (TMA) and the End User License Agreement (EULA), may be agreed upon in a language that differs from the one selected by the merchant’s employees for the interface. The merchant is responsible for ensuring comprehension of the relevant terms that apply to their employee, including the EULA.
