7NOW Integration Features
7NOW Marketplace brings the reliability and convenience of the 7-Eleven model to on-demand delivery. It allows you to bundle your 7-Eleven essentials with local restaurant food options. We offer seamless integration, so restaurants can extend their reach without adding operational complexity, which ultimately helps the merchant meet you where you are and at your point of decision through a seamless ordering and delivery experience.
Key Integration Features:
Orders placed through 7NOW will flow directly into your Toast POS, increasing competitive alignment with other third-party platforms. This will allow for faster, more accurate fulfillment with fewer errors and labor disruptions.
With 7NOW, Toast restaurants gain exposure to an untapped and hyperlocal base by leveraging our industry-leading loyalty member program, comprised of an app that you're already familiar with.
Restaurants will be able to manage their 7NOW menu offerings directly through Toast, keeping items updated across platforms and reducing manual work. With the addition of performance data that Toast’s reporting suite allows, our operators will have detailed insight so they can make data-driven decisions for their business.
Enable 7NOW Integration With Toast
To enable the 7NOW integration with Toast, follow these steps:
To enable 7NOW with Toast, log into Toast Web and navigate to Integrations > Integrations management > Browse & purchase integrations.
Enter 7NOW in the search field and select Add Now.
If you have multiple locations, please select the restaurants you would like to connect to 7NOW. Finally, select Apply.
Note: Your restaurant must have access to Toast Partner Integrations to add this integration. To learn more, see Set Up Toast Partner Integrations.
Review the data scope visibility terms and conditions, and select Confirm to accept. See the Data Scope Visibility article for more information.
Configure 7NOW in Toast Web
Once you select Add Now on the 7NOW tile in Toast Web, you will select which restaurant(s) you would like to connect to your 7NOW account, and select Apply
After you select Apply, you will be forwarded to a confirmation screen.
After adding the integration in Toast Web, the 7NOW team will reach out to you directly to start your account setup and onboarding if you have yet to create your 7NOW account.
