Answer
If you receive the Cannot Process Changed Time Entries for Employees Who Were Auto-Clocked Out error, this is typically because auto-clocked out employees can not have their shifts adjusted in the standard time sheets view after the auto-clock out time (business day cutoff) has passed.
You can manually adjust time entries for past shifts in Toast Web by navigating to Reports > Labor > Time Entry Management. For more information, see Edit Employee Time Clock Entries.

If you are still having trouble and are not yet live on Toast, please contact your Onboarding Consultant for assistance with adjusting your Business Day Cutoff. If you are already live on Toast, please contact Customer Care via the blue dot in the lower-right corner.
Note: Changing business cutoff time impacts key reporting, including sales, payroll, and labor, not just auto clock-out.
