What do I do if Elo tablet won't power on after a soft restart?

Answer
If you cannot power the Elo tablet on or cannot launch the Toast POS app after restarting:
Unplug your Elo tablet's power cord for a full 10 minutes.
Plug it back in and turn the tablet on. Then, do one of the following steps:
If it turns on and the Toast app opens, you're all set.
If the tablet still won't turn on, please contact Customer Care for help.
If the tablet turns on, but the Toast app won't open, the tablet needs to be reset to its original settings. Follow our guide on how to Factory Reset your Elo Terminal.
After the reset, you'll need to reinstall the Toast app. Once you log in, the system will update itself.
