How do I process a complimentary gift card?

If you want to process a complimentary gift card, there are two ways to do it:
Create a new order on POS. Select Sell Gift Card > Add Gift Card to the order. You can now fully comp the gift card by discounting the gift card item or check.
You can manually add the balance to the gift card on the Inactive Gift Card page.
