Here’s how you can manage your menu and business hours and ensure they sync correctly with your third-party delivery partners like DoorDash, Uber Eats, and Grubhub.
While menu updates for multiple locations are managed through your standard menu settings, syncing those changes to your delivery partners—especially new business hours—sometimes requires an extra step to make them appear immediately.
To update your hours for delivery partners, first make the changes in your Online Ordering Schedule. For the new hours to appear immediately, follow the quick steps below.
DoorDash & Uber Eats
To trigger an immediate sync, you must also make a small, temporary menu edit.
Edit a menu name (e.g., add a * to "Apps*").
Select Save and then Publish.
Remove the edit to change it back to normal.
Select Save and Publish again.
Grubhub
Hours update overnight automatically. To force an immediate sync, simply toggle an item's stock.
Set any item to Out of Stock and select Save.
Immediately set it back to In Stock.
Select Save and then Publish.
