Tickets are printing to every printer. How can I fix this?
Why are my tickets printing everywhere?
Answer
If there are no prep stations selected, tickets will be routed to all printers for printing.
Follow these steps to resolve this:
In Toast Web, navigate to Menu > Bulk Management > select Advanced Properties.
Ensure that you select a prep station. Otherwise, tickets will be routed to all printers.
