Can a guest purchase a gift card at one of my locations and redeem it at a different one?
Answer
If you would like your gift cards to be purchasable at one location and redeemable at another, make sure all your restaurant locations are in the same gift card group within your restaurant settings.
If you need to create a new gift card group or adjust an existing one, please contact customer care for assistance.
