Why are my Toast gift cards not working with Apple Pay?
My gift card disappeared from Apple Wallet.
Answer
The Toast team is aware of an issue affecting Toast gift cards saved in Apple Wallet, and we are working on a resolution. If your gift card is missing from Apple Wallet or isn't working, your balance is not lost. The balance is stored on the gift card itself, not in the Wallet pass.
To check your balance or add the card again
eGift card: open the original gift card email or text message and select Add to Apple Wallet.
Physical gift card: go to the gift card balance lookup page, enter your card number, then select Add to Apple Wallet.
If you can't find your card number, contact the restaurant where the card was purchased. The restaurant can look up your gift card balance without the physical card, for example, by check or the credit card used, and can move the remaining funds to a new gift card.
