Login issues typically relate to account status, invitation setup, email verification, or integration access. Review the sections below to identify and resolve your issue.
Resolve Profile Deactivation
Your profile may have been deactivated by a manager or admin. When a profile is deactivated, you will no longer be able to log into Sling or access team schedules.
Contact your manager or employer
Request them to reactivate your existing profile or create a new one using your email address
Once reactivated, you should be able to log in again
Resolve Invitation Issues
First-time users must receive an invitation from their organization’s Sling admin to access the account. Without the invite, you cannot log in or create an account.
Contact your employer and request that they send you an invitation.
After receiving the email, follow the instructions to verify your account and set your password.
If the email is not visible, check your spam or junk folder.
Resolve Email Verification Issues
If you are prompted to verify your email but did not receive a verification link, your account setup may be incomplete.
