To chat with support, you must be logged in to your account.
To access support, log in to your account through the Sling dashboard or the Toast dashboard. Once logged in, a chat icon appears in the bottom right corner of the screen.
Select the chat icon to connect with Sling Customer Support.

Select More in the bottom menu, then select Help & Support to start a conversation with the Support team.
After you start a chat, your message will be answered as soon as possible.
Frequently Asked Questions
Common reasons you may be having trouble logging in
Incorrect Email: Ensure you are using the exact email address associated with your profile. Contact your employer for assistance with your profile email if needed.
Forgotten Password: Use the Forgot Password link on the login page.
User Access: You may have been removed from the account. Contact your employer regarding your profile status.
Why am I being sent to Toast to log in?
If you have a unified login for Toast and Sling, you will be automatically redirected to the Toast login page when accessing Sling.
