How do I change the sound being played on my POS when a new ticket is created?
I get a sound notification whenever a new ticket is created. Is there a way to change this sound notification?

You must have the 7.3 KDS and Order Screen Setup access permission in order to change your device's sound notification via Device Setup > Kitchen Setup > New Ticket Sound in the Toast app. Learn more about user access permissions here: Permissions Reference Guide.
The settings described here are used for configuring the sound notification that plays on your device when a new ticket is created, and not its volume.

To change your device's sound notification, follow these steps:

Enter your POS access code on your Toast device.
Select Device Setup.
Then, scroll down to Kitchen Setup and select New Ticket Sound.
Select your preferred sound notification.
Select OK.
Save your changes.
Note: Make sure your device isn't muted in the Android settings.
