Why can't guests join a group order when using Toast Mobile Order & Pay®?
Answer
If a guest can't join a group order using the QR code, the 20-minute join window has likely expired.
After 20 minutes, the scan and join feature is locked.
New guests can no longer join by scanning the QR code.
If the QR code no longer works:
Ask someone already in the group order to share the Group Order direct link via SMS.
The guest can use that link to join the order.
