Why does my printer keeps going offline?

If you've attempted all troubleshooting steps but the printer in question is still offline, it's possible that the printer cable could be malfunctioning or the issue is further upstream. If you have a spare cable, try replacing the cable that connects the printer to the wall port or network switch to see if the issue is resolved.
