Why aren't server names showing up on kitchen tickets?

KDS kitchen tickets only display server names when the ordering is done with Table Service mode. Currently, showing server names on KDS kitchen tickets does not work with:

If your kitchen ticket, printed or on the KDS, show server names intermittently, you may need to resync your device's data. Please follow these steps to resolve it:
Make sure your device is online.
Select Switch User to return to the number pad screen on your device.
Select the three-dot overflow menu in the top-right corner of your screen.
Select Resync ALL Data.
Note:
If you don't see Resync ALL Data on your overflow menu, enter your employee passcode to first initialize the device, then try again.
