The Olo integration connects your restaurant's systems with the Olo platform. This allows you to manage online orders, third-party delivery services, and payments all from one place. Ultimately, it helps you streamline operations and improve the digital ordering experience for your customers.

To successfully integrate Olo with Toast, please follow the steps outlined by Olo. You can find their full guide here.

  1. Notify Olo Support: Inform Olo's Engage Support team that you will be completing the integration steps required by Toast.

  2. Configure in Toast: You will need to configure the Olo Engage Integration in your Toast account. This typically involves adding the Olo integration tile within Toast's Partner Integrations.

  3. Provide Toast GUID: You will need to provide your Toast GUID to Olo's Engage Support team to finalize the connection.

  4. Complete with Olo: Olo's team will follow up with you directly with the next steps to complete the integration.

Note: This process is for existing Olo clients who are converting to the Toast integration. If you are a new Olo client, your Olo Implementation Specialist will provide you with a customized setup plan.
