There may be times when Uber Eats integration issues will occur when menus are settings are not configured accordingly. To ensure that your menus and settings work to specification within Uber Eats and Toast, we highly suggest that you check the settings described below.
If the issue persists, you may contact Uber Eats directly through:

If you have multiple locations, you have an option to configure your settings at the management group level.

Note: If you're a Care agent without the correct access for Enterprise/MLM accounts, you will be unable to view or save on certain menu pages for Enterprise accounts. You'll instead get an error message asking you to contact their Customer Success Manager (CSM). See Care Guardrails in Enterprise Accounts (Internal) to learn more.
First, navigate to Menus and select your Uber Eats menu. From the Menu details page, scroll down to Properties, and ensure that the setting “Visible to: Online Orders: Ordering partners” is checked off.
