You can find information for reporting unauthorized transactions or errors in your cardholder agreement, as well as within the MyToast app transaction history. In case of errors or questions about your electronic transfers on the Toast Pay Card:

  • Call us at (866) 218-6688

  • Write us at Processing Center, P.O. Box 71337, Salt Lake City, UT, 84171-0337

If you think your statement or receipt is wrong or if you need more information about a transfer on the statement or receipt, we must hear from you no later than 60 days after we sent you the first statement on which the error or problem appeared. Please provide:

  1. Your name and account number (if appropriate).

  2. The error or the transfer you are unsure about. Explain as clearly as possible why you believe it is an error or why you need more information.

  3. The dollar amount of the suspected error.


We will investigate your notice and will correct any errors promptly. If we take more than 10 business days to do this, we will credit your account for the amount you think is in error so that you may use this money during the time it takes to complete the investigation.
