Toast is rolling out a BBPOS firmware update between June 24 and July 14. These updates are designed to improve stability, security, and compatibility and help ensure smooth and reliable card reader performance.
If the update has failed, reboot the card reader by unplugging or power cycling the device.
If the update continues to fail, contact support.
