Can I use Toast house accounts if I'm using the OnQ or PEP property management system integration?

No, if you are using OnQ or PEP PMS, you should not create house accounts in Toast Web.
For OnQ and PEP users, house accounts or group master accounts must be created within the PMS system. Then, you can search for the house account or group master account using the room charge payment option on your POS terminal.
House accounts are always prefixed by H. If the house account number is 100, search for H100.
Group master accounts are always prefixed by G. If the group master account number is 100, search for G100.
