Mr Yum Integration Overview

Mr Yum is a global ordering, payments, and marketing platform used by leading hospitality and entertainment venues. Mr Yum’s industry-leading functionality and focus on customer success have seen the platform adopted in all venues, from cafes and pubs to stadiums, concert venues, and airports, with its products used by more than 5,000 venues around the world. With the Mr Yum integration, venues can manage operations from Toast as they currently would, 86ing items in Toast automatically filtering through to Mr Yum, changing item prices or names in Toast, and automatically filtering through to Mr Yum.

Note: Mr Yum is in the process of rebranding as me&u, a.k.a. meandu, as they join that brand’s suite of restaurant sales and marketing tools for hospitality guest experiences.

Enable Mr Yum With Toast

  1. To enable Mr Yum with Toast, navigate to the Integrations section of Toast Web using the left-hand navigation menu. Then, select Browse & purchase integrations.

  2. Enter Mr Yum in the Search field and select Add Now.

  3. Review the data scope visibility terms and conditions and select Confirm to continue.

  4. Once complete, a representative from Mr Yum will contact you within 24 hours to complete the onboarding process. We also recommend reaching out to Mr Yum chat support or email at support@mryum.com to confirm the receipt of your integration request.


Note: The onboarding process can take up to four weeks to complete.

Onboard With Mr Yum

The Mr Yum team will walk you and your team through a series of steps to complete the integration process. This will start with a kick-off call explaining what is needed from the venue, who their best contact person is, and the next steps. Once Mr Yum has access to your Toast account, they will start building out the Mr Yum menu and syncing across items. They will design collateral based on the venue's needs, get approval and send it to print. The next steps include the following:

  • Menu Review: Ensure the menu, modifiers, specials, and other customizations are set up the way you want.

  • POS Testing: Conducted to ensure all menu items are printing to the correct printer/KDS screens.

  • Staff Training: Conducted in two parts, one with staff who will utilize Mr Yum daily, a walk through the guest flow, and how the integrations work between Toast and Mr Yum.

  • Manager training: Will run through how reporting and payouts work, and any other settings tailored to your venue.
