  • Real-Time Data Syncing: Froogal syncs customer profiles, loyalty points, and order history in real time between Toast POS and Froogal, providing a consistent, personalized experience across all channels. Whether a customer orders online or in-store, their profile is updated instantly, including rewards and promotions.

  • Personalized Guest Experiences: Froogal delivers hyper-personalized offers and communications based on customer preferences and behavior, increasing engagement and retention with automated, tailored journeys.

Enable the Froogal Integration With Toast

  1. To enable Froogal with Toast, log into Toast Web and navigate to Integrations > Integrations management > Browse & purchase integrations.

  2. Enter Froogal in the Search field and select Add Now.

  3. Review the data scope visibility terms and conditions and select Confirm to accept. For more information, see the Data Scope Visibility article. If you have multiple locations, select from the drop-down menu.

    1. Note: Your restaurant must have access to Toast Partner Integrations to add this integration. To learn more about Toast Partner Integrations, see this Support Center article: Set Up Toast Partner Integrations.

  4. Once completed, a representative from Froogal will contact you within one to two business days to assist you with the onboarding process. The onboarding timeline depends on the complexity of the project:

    1. Standard Setup: one to four weeks

    2. Multi-location Brands or Customization: four to eight weeks

Configure the Froogal Integration in Toast Web

Froogal’s team will work directly with you to set up and configure their online ordering to ensure your menus and settings work to specification within Froogal and Toast.

In order to complete the Froogal integration, you will need to have an Other Payment Option and Takeout/Pickup and Delivery dining options set up in Toast Web.

  • To set up an Other Payment Option named “Froogal”, follow the steps indicated in this article: Set Up Other Payment Options.

  • For dining options, you will need a Takeout dining option with the behavior set to Takeout and a Delivery dining option with the behavior set to Delivery with the following naming convention.

    • Froogal - Takeout

    • Froogal - Delivery
